Ingredients:

  • 8 oz tofu
  • 1 tsp mustard
  • 2 tbsp vinegar
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp pepper
  • 1/2 tsp celery salt

Directions:

  1. Blend all ingredients with immersion blender or food processor. Add a little thickner like agar on xanthum powder (optional)
  2. Chill and serve
