Garlic Chicken Wings

These wings will put a smile on your guests face after the first bite. They are great served as an appetizer, but I love to serve them with a fresh salad as dinner.
Ingredients:
30 chicken wings/drummies
4 tablespoons butter
2 lg. garlic heads
chopped parsley for garnish
deep fryer
vegetable oil
Directions:
1. Heat Vegetable in Deep Fryer to 350 degrees
2. Fry the chicken wings in 350 degree oil for 10 minutes (Depending on wing size, internal temperature of chicken should be 170 degrees)
3. Peel and mince garlic head
4. Melt butter in small skillet
5. Add minced garlic to melted butter and sautee over medium heat
6. When garlic has released its natural oils pour the butter and garlic mixture into a large bowl.
7. Add cooked wings and toss in the butter garlic until coated well
8. Plate wings and sprinkle with chopped parsley
