CHEESEY/GARLIC/GRIT CASSEROLE
Ingredients:
1 c. regular grits
4 c. water
2 eggs
1/2 c sweet milk
1 1/2 rolls (kraft) garlic cheese
1 1/2 stick butter
1 c. corn flakes
Directions:
1. COOK GRITS(PER PACKAGE)
2. ADD 1 ROLL GARLIC CHEESE
3. STIR IN 1 STICK BUTTER UNTIL MELTED
4. COOL 15 MINUTES
5. ADD BEATEN EGGS AND MILK
6. POUR IN CASSEROLE (9 X 13)
7. GRATE THE OTHER 1/2 OF CHEESE OVER GRITS
8. MELT 1/2 STICK BUTTER AND ADD CORN FLAKES TO BUTTER
9. POUR THIS MIXTURE OVER GRITS(AS TOPPING)
10. BAKE 350 DEGREES FOR 45 MINUTES.
