Garlic Cheese Bread

  1. Preheat oven to 375 F. Combine butter, garlic and mayonaisse, mix until smooth. Slice bread horizontally, spread both sides evenly with butter mixture. Sprinkle cheese over the two halves and place onto a cookie sheet lined with aluminum foil. Place in oven and bake until cheese is slightly brown and bubbly. Slice into 2 inch slices and serve.
