This is the Best fish recipe that has ever come out of my kitchen, and simple, i use my magic bullet cup to put the garlic, olive oil and butter in, melt it right in the microwave then pour it over my fish and cook it in my lil toaster oven. This recipe is a Keeper in my house, and im sure gona try it with other fish also, i served this fish with Rosemary and cheese mashed potatoes sprinkled with bread crumbs and a small ribeye steak. When this fish is almost done, I add a little paprika, capers and parmesan cheese on top and a lil basil or parsley for garnish! Also, you may use different fish for this recipe.
Ingredients:
12 oz orange roughy
2 tablespoons butter
3 cloves garlic
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 salt
1 pepper
Directions:
1. 1 Preheat oven to 375.
2. 2 Rinse filets in water, pat dry with paper towels.
3. 3 Set aside
4. 4 Melt butter in a small saucepan.
5. 5 Add garlic, olive oil, stirring until all is mixed together.
6. 6 Spray a small square glass baking dish with cooking spray.
7. 7 Sprinkle both sides of fish with salt and pepper, and lay fish filets in the dish.
8. 8 pour garlic butter mixture over everything.
9. 9 Bake at 375 for 15-20 minutes, until fish flakes when you pick at it with a fork.
