Garlic Butter Mushrooms

Serve as an appetizer or along side your favorite steak.
Ingredients:
24 large mushrooms
1/2 cup butter
2 garlic cloves, minced
2 shallots, minced
1/2 cup minced parsley
1/2 lemon, juice of
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
Directions:
1. Clean mushrooms, removing stem.
2. Combine butter, shallots, garlic and parsley in a blender or food processor.
3. Process.
4. Add lemon juice, salt and pepper.
5. Blend briefly.
6. Place mushrooms in a shallow baking dish.
7. Fill each mushroom with a dollop of garlic butter mixture (about 1/2 or 1 teaspoon each).
8. Bake at 400 degrees for 10 to 12 minutes.
