Garlic Bread

Ingredients:
2 tablespoons butter, softened
3 garlic cloves, minced
1/4 teaspoon dried thyme
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
1 (8-ounce) loaf sourdough french bread
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350°.
2. Combine first 4 ingredients in a small bowl.
3. Using a serrated knife, cut bread diagonally into 4 equal pieces, cutting to, but not through loaf. Spread butter mixture on cut sides of bread. Wrap loaf in foil.
4. Bake at 350° for 10 minutes or until thoroughly heated.
