Garlic Black Pepper Shrimp

Ingredients:
2 lbs jumbo shrimp, peeled and deveined (leaving tail on is optional but makes for a beautiful presentation)
8 tablespoons real butter (1 stick no substitute)
1 tablespoon oregano
6 garlic cloves, minced
1 tablespoon black pepper
1 lemon, juiced
seasoning salt (like season-all)
warm french bread
Directions:
1. Season the peeled shrimp with the seasoned salt; set aside.
2. Melt butter in skillet, add shrimp and tossing to cook until pink. Sprinkle lemon juice, oregano, black pepper and garlic over the shrimp. Simmer 12-15 minutes, stirring occassionaly; do not overcook. Adjust salt to taste if needed.
3. Serve with warm French bread to soak up sauce.
