Garlic and Potato Soup

Ingredients:
200 gram leeks
100 gram onion
500 gram potato
1 1/2 liter of water
1 stock cube
200 ml cream
15 cloves garlic
1 tbsp oil
1 pinch salt
1 pinch pepper
Directions:
1. Roast garlic using oil until browned- 10 - 15 min
2. Chop all veg and put all everything apart from the cream in the pan. Cook until soft- about 30 min.
3. Once cool put in blender and then add cream.
4. Season to taste, heat up amount required and freeze the remainder in portions.
