Garlic and Pine Nut Potatoes

I was having a barbecue and had leftover boiled potatoes, so I mixed the potatoes with a few things I had in the cupboard.
Ingredients:
8 boiled baby potatoes
2 garlic cloves
1/4 cup pine nuts
olive oil
scallion (spring onions)
Directions:
1. Cut the boiled potatoes into cubes.
2. Heat the oil and the garlic in a pan.
3. Add the potato cubes and the scallions to the pan.
4. Finally add the pine nuts and fry the mixture for about 5 to 10 minutes.
