Ingredients:
2 quarts canned no-salt-added beef broth, undiluted
3 cups chopped tomato
2 cups diced potato
2 cups chopped cabbage
1 cup frozen whole-kernel corn
1/2 cup chopped carrot
1/2 cup chopped onion
1/2 cup chopped zucchini
1/2 cup chopped fresh green beans
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon dried italian seasoning
1/2 teaspoon pepper
1/2 teaspoon hot sauce
1 (6-ounce) can no-salt-added tomato paste
1 bay leaf
Directions:
1. Place beef broth in a large saucepan; bring to a boil. Add tomato and remaining ingredients. Reduce heat, and simmer, uncovered, 1 hour, stirring occasionally. To serve, remove and discard bay leaf.
