2 cups chopped vegetables
3 medium green onions, thinly sliced (1/3 cup)
6 slices bacon, crisply cooked and crumbled
Directions:
1. Heat oven to 400º.
2. Stir pie crust mix, 2 teaspoons of the dressing mix (dry), the baking soda and water until pastry forms a ball.
3. Press mixture evenly in bottom of ungreased jelly roll pan, 15 1/2 × 10 1/2 × 1 inch, with floured hands.
4. Bake 8 to 10 minutes or until golden brown; cool completely.
5. Beat cream cheese, sour cream and remaining dressing mix with electric mixer on medium speed until smooth.
6. Spread evenly over pastry. Sprinkle evenly with vegetables, onions and bacon.
7. Cover and refrigerate at least 2 hours but no longer than 24 hours.
8. Cut into 3-inch squares. Cut each square diagonally in half to make triangles.
