Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. In large skillet, melt butter and saute' the onion, bell pepper and garlic till soft.
  2. Add squash and cook briefly before stirring in corn, tomatoes and seasonings.
  3. Cook a couple more minutes and put into a buttered 3 qt casserole dish, add water.
  4. Bake covered for 30 minutes 350 degrees F.
  5. Remove cover and bake another 30 minutes.
