Garbanzo Bean Stew Crockpot

This is one of our very favorite recipes. It cooks down to a thick rich stew. It is awesome with a green salad and crusty bread.
Ingredients:
1 pound polish kielbasa, sliced bite size
2 cans (15 oz.) garbanzo beans (chick peas) spanish style
3 medium potatoes, chopped
1 can (41/4 oz.) ripe olives, chopped
1 can (4 oz.) green chilies, chopped
1 large onion, chopped
2 tsp. adobo seasoning
2 tsp. paprika
1 tsp. garlic powder
2 tbsp. parsley flakes
2 tbsp. extra virgin olive oil
salt and pepper to taste
Directions:
1. Combine all ingredients in a large (51/2-6 qt.) Crock-Pot®,
2. mix well. Turn on high until hot, then turn on low and cook 8
3. to 10 hours. Note: Add water, if necessary, to achieve
4. desired consistency. Serves 6-8.
