Garbanzo Bean Bruschetta

A great way to start a larger meal-always impresses and pleases. The garbanzos add a nice bit of extra meat to the meal.
Ingredients:
1 can garbanzo beans, rinsed and drained
'6 plum tomatoes, rinsed and diced
1/2 small red onion chopped
handful of basil (about 8-10 leaves) chopped
2 cloves garlic, chopped
balsamic vinegar
olive oil
sprinkle of sea salt
sprinkle of pepper
Directions:
1. The bulk of this recipe is prep time. Once everything is washed and chopped, simply toss it together.
2. Toss the tomatoes, chickpeas, onion and basil together first.
3. Add a light coating of olive oil and balsamic vinegar (~1 tablespoon-I don't measure)
4. Toss again
5. Serve with sliced italian bread and/or crostinis.
