Ingredients:
3/4 cup whipping cream
6 (4-ounce) packages semisweet chocolate baking bars, finely chopped (we tested with ghirardelli)
Directions:
1. Bring whipping cream to a simmer in a heavy saucepan over medium heat. Remove from heat; add chocolate, stirring until melted. Cool until spreading consistency, stirring often.
