I have not tried this recipe. I got this recipe from Obesity Help.
Ingredients:
1/2 frozen sliced banana (start off with maybe 1/4th to make sure you don't dump)
1 scoop chocolate protein powder
2 tablespoons low-carb peanut butter
1/2 cup crushed ice or 2 -3 ice cubes
8 ounces nonfat milk or 8 ounces hood carb countdown milk or 8 ounces soymilk
Directions:
1. Blend in a magic bullet cup for 30 or so seconds.
2. Enjoy!
