“My kids love this and have no idea they’re eating cranberries. It’s a great healthy snack for car rides, hikes or picnics,” writes Carrie Hubbard from Buena Vista, Colorado.
Ingredients:
2 cups wheat chex
2 cups miniature fish-shaped crackers
2 cups pretzel sticks
1 cup salted peanuts
1 cup dried cranberries
Directions:
1. In a large bowl, combine the cereal, crackers, pretzels, peanuts and cranberries. Store in an airtight container. Yield: 8 cups.
