Ingredients:
1 1/2 cups canned fava beans
1 medium tomato, diced
2 -3 garlic cloves, minced
1/2 onion, diced
1/2 teaspoon ground cumin
1/2 lemon
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 teaspoon salt
Directions:
1. 1.) Fry the onions until golden; add the garlic and cook until soft.
2. 2.) Add the diced tomato, fava beans, and spices. Juice the lemon into the frying pan and cook through until hot.
3. 3.) Serve with warm pita.
