Ingredients:
6 cup(s) mixed field green
1-1/2 cup(s) shredded chicken breast
1/3 cup(s) blue chees, crumbled
1/4 cup(s) pecans
2 ounce(s) apple chips
2 tablespoon(s) apple juice concentrate
1 tablespoon(s) apple cider vinegar
1 tablespoon(s) white balsamic vinegar
1 teaspoon(s) dijon mustard
1/4 teaspoon(s) garlic powder
1/3 cup(s) olive oil
Directions:
1. Toss mixed greens, rotisserie chicken, onion, blue cheese, walnuts and apple chips together in a large salad bowl.
2. Whisk together remaining ingredients and pour over salad. Serve immediately.
