Fudge Topped Peanut Butter Pie |

This is another one of those favorite summer time desserts when you want something sweet but don't want to run your big oven. Enjoy Ingredients:
1 graham cracker pie crust |
1 pkg (4 serving size) vanilla instant pudding and pie filling mix |
1 8 oz container sour cream |
3/4 c milk |
1 pkg peanut butter chips |
2 t vegetable oil |
1 12 oz jar chocolate fudge topping |
Directions:
1. Whisk together pudding mix, sour cream and milk; set aside 2. Place 1 1/3 c peanut butter chips and oil in microwave safe bowl. 3. Microwave on high 1 min or until smooth. Using hand mixer, gradually 4. add to pudding mixture; spread evenly into crust. 5. Spread chocolate fudge topping over pie; cover and refrigerate at 6. least 3 hours. Prior to serving top with remaining peanut butter 7. chips. |
