Fudge-Topped Brownies

Ingredients:
1 cup butter or 1 cup margarine, melted
2 cups sugar
1 cup unsifted flour
2/3 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
1/2 teaspoon baking powder
2 large eggs
1/2 cup milk
1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla
1 cup walnuts, chopped
1 (12 ounce) package semi-sweet chocolate chips
1 (14 ounce) can sweetened condensed milk
1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350°
2. In large bowl, combine margarine, sugar, flour, cocoa, baking powder, eggs, milk and 1 1/2 tsp of vanilla; beat well.
3. Stir in walnuts.
4. Spread in greased 13 x 9-inch baking pan.
5. Bake 40 minutes or until brownies begin to pull away from sides of pan.
6. Fudge: Melt chocolate chips with sweetened condensed milk and 1 1/2 tsp vanilla. Immediately spread over hot brownies.
7. Cool and cut.
