Sounds yum - you could ice with peppermint icing instead of chocolate for a change of pace !
Ingredients:
180 g butter
3 tablespoons cocoa
3/4 cup sugar
2 tablespoons honey or 2 tablespoons golden syrup
1 1/2 cups flour
3/4 cup coconut
1 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
1 cup sultana
Directions:
1. Combine and melt together the first 4 ingredients.
2. Add remaining 4 ingredients, mix all together.
3. Spread in greased lamington tin.
4. Bake 350 F for 10 - 15 minutes.
5. Ice if so desired.
