Ingredients:

  • 2/3 cup whole milk
  • 2 cups white sugar
  • 1/2 cup butter
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 2 tsp vanilla

Directions:

  1. Combine all ingredients in a large glass measuring bowl and place in the microwave.
  2. On 70% power- 6 minutes stir well.
  3. On 70% power- 3- 4 minutes until a full rolling boil.
  4. Cool completely- Stir in the vanilla- Beat with a mixer until thick-.
