Ingredients:

  • 2 1/2 cups flour , sifted
  • 2 cups sugar
  • 3/4 cup cocoa
  • 3 1/2 tsp baking powder
  • 2 1/2 tsp instant coffee
  • 1 1/4 cups water
  • 1 1/4 tsp vanilla
  • 1 tsp rum
  • 4 eggs
  • 3/4 cup oil

Directions:

  1. Mix all ingredients together.
  2. Bake in a greased pan in a 180 degree C oven for 1 hour.
