Ingredients:
1 cup oatmeal
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 ripe mashed banana (the black ones add the most flavor)
1 egg white
1 tablespoon splenda sugar substitute
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
apples, chunks (optional) or applesauce (optional)
Directions:
1. Mix and pat onto cookie sheet.
2. Bake at 350° for 9 minutes for chewy cookie.
3. For crisp cookie, turn off oven and leave in for about 5 more minutes.
