3 tablespoons crushed red pepper flakes
4 tablespoons chili powder
1 tablespoon minced garlic
1 tablespoon seasoning salt
1 teaspoon salt
1 tablespoon black pepper
2 tablespoons italian seasoning
Directions:

3. Add Refried Beans and Mix in Well.
4. Alternately Add Tomatoes and the Beans. Stirring well after each Can is added.
