GREAT AND DIFFERENT FOR BREAKFAST FOR ON THE GO
Ingredients:
muffin mix
1 3/4 cups all-purpose flour
1 cup chopped dried mixed fruit bits
1 cup chopped nuts
1/3 cup of sugar
2 teaspoon of baking powder
3/4 teaspoon of ground ginger
1/4 teaspoon of salt
1/4 teaspoon of baking soda
1/4 teaspoon of ground cinnamon
layer ingredients in order in a 1-quart food stoage jar with tight lid. (sightly pack each ingredient)
cover with fabric. add gift card with ribbin
Directions:
1. 1 JAR OF FRUITY GINGERBREAD MUFFIN MIX
2. 1/2 CUP OF MILK
3. 1/3 CUP OF VEGETABLE OIL
4. 1/4 CUP LIGHT MOLASSES
5. 1 EGG
6. PREHEAT OVENTO 375 DEGREES
7. GREASE OR PAPER- LINE 12 REGULAR SIZE MUFFIN CUPS
8. POUR CONTENTS OF JAR INTO LARGE BOWL
9. COMBINE MILK, OIL, MOLASSES AND EGG IN MEDIUM BOWL.
10. STIR MILK MIXTURE INTO FLOUR MIXTURE JUST UNTIL MOISTENED FILL 2/3 FULL
11. BAKE 15-18 MINUTES
12. REMOVE AND LET COOL FOR 10 MINUTES
