Fruited Cheese Ball

This is a different combo for a cheese ball...
Ingredients:
1 package cream cheese softened (8oz)
3 oz swiss cheese, shredded
1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
1 cup apple, finely chopped
1 cup mixed dried fruits, finely chopped (raisins, dates, apricots, peaches)
2 tablespoons lemon juice
1/3 to 1/2 cup nuts, finely chopped
2 tablespoons parsley finely chopped
Directions:
1. Cream cheese and nutmeg.
2. Toss fruits with lemon juice.
3. Stir into cheeses and chill to slightly firm.
4. Shape into a ball.
5. Combine nuts and parsley.
6. Roll ball in this mixture.
7. Store in refrigerator.
8. Allow to soften to room temp before serving with crackers.
