This is a delicious creamy smoothie, perfect as a quick and tasty breakfast.
Ingredients:
1/2 cup fresh fruit, cut into small pieces
1/2 cup milk
1 cup plain yogurt
40 g instant breakfast drink mix (strawberry or vanilla)
1/2 teaspoon honey
Directions:
1. Freeze yogurt for approximately 1/2 hour, or until firm.
2. Blend frozen yogurt , fruit and milk until smooth.
3. Add Instant Breakfast and honey and blend until completely combined.
4. Pour into large glass and enjoy.
