Ingredients:
1 (8 ounce) package dried mixed fruit
2 cinnamon sticks
1 sliced lemon
1/4 cup tapioca
sugar, to taste
Directions:
1. Soak fruit in water for a few minutes.
2. Drain and rinse.
3. Cover fruit with water, bring to a simmer.
4. Add cinnamon and lemon, simmer 1 hour.
5. Add tapioca and sugar tot aste, cook, stirring frequently until fruit is cooked.
6. Serve warm for dessert or cold for breakfast.
