Fruit Smoothy with Strawberries, Bananas, Pineapple and Mango. Almonds added for fiber. Yogurt added for calcium.
Ingredients:
1 banana
6 strawberries
4 tablespoons yogurt
1/2 cup pineapple
1/2 cup mango
15 almonds
16 oz orange juice
Directions:
1. add all ingredients to a blend and serve. Best if most all the fruits are frozen, except the banana.
