This is the recipe that my daughters and I use after a fast. We drink it for breakfast the next day. It is full of nutritients and is easy on the digestion. Because you don't use ice, you don't have to worry about it getting watered down if you just want to sip on it. Ingredients:
11 ounces apple juice, 100 |
8 ounces cranberry juice, 100 |
1 cup frozen strawberries |
1 banana, frozen |
1 cup frozen blueberries |
2 tablespoons flax seeds |
Directions:
1. Put everything in the blender in the order listed. 2. Process until smooth. 3. Enjoy. |
