Not sure where I found this recipe. Never timed prep/freeze time. Very tasty
Ingredients:
4 cups sugar
4 cups water
6 ounces frozen orange juice concentrate
1/2 cup lemon juice
46 ounces pineapple juice
6 bananas (optional)
Directions:
1. Combine sugar and water in a medium saucepan.
2. Heat until sugar is dissolved.
3. Add orange juice concentrate, lemon juice, and pineapple juice.
4. Fill 6 or 7 ice cube trays with mixture.
5. Freeze until firm.
6. Remove cubes from freezer trays and store in plastic bags.
7. Use within 6 months.
8. Makes about 100 small cubes.
9. FRUIT SLUSH: Fill a glass with FRUIT SLUSH ICE cubes.
10. Add ginger ale to cover.
11. Let stand 15 minutes, stir and serve.
