Ingredients:
1/4 cup apple juice, no sugar added
1 cup strawberry, frozen
4 ice cubes
1 cup skim milk
Directions:
1. Combine all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.
2. *You can also add 1 oz of vanilla protein powder for an extra pick me up!
