Ingredients:
1 tablespoon(s) mint sauce
1 freshly squeezed lime
2 diced pears
1/2 diced red pepper
1/2 diced green pepper
3 chopped green onion
1/4 cup(s) chopped parsley
1 chopped mango
1/2 chopped seedless cucumber
Directions:
1. Lightly add salt & pepper, mix all ingredients and refrigerate for 5 hours. Serve with cooked fish. Enjoy !
