In a snap dessert for a crowd.
Ingredients:
2 (20 ounce) cans chunk pineapple
20 ounces sliced can peaches
16 ounces frozen strawberries
2 (3 1/2 ounce) packages reg. vanilla pudding
3 (11 ounce) cans mandarin oranges
4 bananas
2 (3 ounce) boxes strawberry jell-o gelatin dessert
3 tablespoons minute tapioca
Directions:
1. Drain all the juice to make 4 cups. Add pudding, Jell-o and tapioca; cook slowly until thick, then cool it. Pour mixture over fruit and refrigerate for couple hours before serving. Keeps in refrigerator for several days.
