Ingredients:
1 lb apples, cut into small pieces
1 cup sliced celery
1 cup nut meats, broken (walnuts, pecans, peanuts, or brazil nuts)
1 cup mayonnaise
Directions:
1. Combine ingredients.
2. If using walnuts, they will darken if allowed to set in the salad too long before serving.
