Fresh nectarines, mango, melons, berries, and jicama make up our delightful Fruit Salad. Add this side for a refreshing summertime accompaniment to your favorite entree.
Ingredients:
chopped fresh nectarines
chopped fresh mango
chopped fresh cantaloupe
chopped fresh honeydew melon
chopped fresh mint
sliced strawberries
thinly sliced jicama
lemon-basil vinaigrette (garlic omitted)
Directions:
1. Combine chopped fresh nectarines, mango, cantaloupe, honeydew melon, and mint with sliced strawberries and jicama in a large bowl. Serve with Lemon-Basil Vinaigrette. (Omit garlic from vinaigrette.)
