Ingredients:
1 red apple cored and chopped peeled or unpeeled
1 green apple cored and chopped unpeeled or peeled
1 stalk celery finely chopped
1/2 cup dried cranberries
1/2 cup chopped walnuts
1 cuof plain nonfat yoghurt - or any flavor that you prefer
Directions:
1. In a bowl combine the above and mix well chill until ready to serve
