Nothing better on a warm summer day. Full of antioxidants too.
Ingredients:
1 pint fresh strawberries
1 pint fresh blueberries
1 pint fresh blackberries
1 pint raspberries
1 pint fresh grapes
1 fresh, ripe tangerine or peach
1 ripe plum
1 or 2 kiwi fruit
1 banana
Directions:
1. Rinse all the berries and grapes with cold water in a colander
2. Cut the tops off of the strawberries and cut them in half or quarters depending on how big they are.
3. Cut the plums, peaches and tangerines into bite size pieces
4. Peel the banana and kiwi and slice them up
5. Put all fruit into a large bowl and toss gently
6. I suppose you could top this with a little yogurt too!
