A fruit salad that I threw together for dinner. Could use whatever fruit you have on hand.
Ingredients:
1 apple, chopped
20 grapes
1 banana, sliced
2 t. sweetened coconut flakes
1/3 c. frozen blueberries
1 clementine
6 oz yoplait light yogurt
1 t. lemon juice
Directions:
1. Mix together all the fruit.
2. Add lemon juice to keep bananas and apples from browning.
3. Mix with one yoplait light yogurt. (Any flavor will do. I used Cinnamon Roll Thick 'N' Creamy.)
