fat free, fresh, let it refridgerate at least 3 hours so it is really cold
Ingredients:
8 ounces cool whip free
3 1/2 ounces of vanilla sugar-free instant pudding mix
1 pint buttermilk (fat free)
sliced fruit, chopped nuts (apple, pears, strawberries, any tyoe, almonds, pecans...)
shredded coconut (optional)
Directions:
1. Combine all ingrediants.
2. Refridgerate.
