This came from Thinner Times. I have not tried it, just posting for future use.
Ingredients:
2/3 cup fage greek yogurt
8 -10 blueberries
3 medium sized strawberries
5 -6 raspberries
5 -6 blackberries
1/3 banana
1/2 cup 1% low-fat milk
1 scoop vanilla, protein mix
2 teaspoons equal sugar substitute (2 packets)
Directions:
1. Blended it in my magic bullet.
2. Enjoy!
