A delicious treat that is always a party favorite!
Ingredients:
1 (18 ounce) package refrigerated sugar cookie dough
1 (8 ounce) package reduced-fat cream cheese
1/3 cup splenda sugar substitute
1 teaspoon vanilla
fresh strawberries, halved
2 kiwi fruits, diced
1 cup fresh blueberries
Directions:
1. Roll out sugar cookie dough to make one giant cookie.
2. Bake according to directions onb package.
3. Mix cream cheese, sugar and vanilla.
4. Once the cookie is cooled, spread mixture evenly over the entire cookie.
5. Combine all fruit together and sprinkle over the top.
6. Slice into squares and serve.
