Fruit Packed Lemon Pudding

Mmmmmm, fruity pudding. Prep time doesn't include chill time
Ingredients:
1 can pears; juice drained
1 can peaches; juice drained
1 can pineapple tidbits with syrup
lemon juice
1 large banana, sliced
1 pkg dry lemon instant pudding
1 tbsp lemon zest
Directions:
1. In a large bowl add drained pears and peaches.
2. Cut into bitesize pieces.
3. Add pineapple after the other fruit is cut up.
4. Set aside.
5. Slice banana and douse with lemon juice to prevent it from turning brown.
6. Add pudding mix and zest.
7. Stir thoroughly.
8. Chill for 1 hour.
9. Serve in a bowl or top pieces of plain angel food cake.
