Fruit Nut Muffins - No Sugar

No sugar muffins that tast great!
Ingredients:
1 cup pecans
2 cups dates
1 cup raisins
1 cup prune
2 1/2 cups water
1/2 lb butter
4 eggs
2 cups flour
2 teaspoons baking soda
2 teaspoons baking powder
1 teaspoon vanilla
Directions:
1. Cook everything until soft. (pecans, dates, raisind, prunes sometimes needs more water).
2. Add vanilla and butter to mixture once melted let the mixture cool and add eggs.
3. Mix the rest of the ingredients together then add to the wet mixture.
4. Bake at 325 F till done for about 25 - 35 minutes.
