Ingredients:
1 cup applesauce
1 cup low-fat yogurt (in your child's favorite flavor)
Directions:
1. Serve the dip with slices of fruit.
2. Good dipping choices include strawberries, apples, bananas, pears, kiwi, pineapple, and grapes.
