this deliciously healthy frozen dessert is so easy to make that even your 'other half ' can make it........ha!!ha!!!
Ingredients:
600 ml plain yoghurt
3 tab honey
assorted fresh fruit
halved stawberries
peach slices
blueberries
raspberries
Directions:
1. PLace 12 paper cups into a muffin pan
2. whisk theyoghurt and honey together until well blended
3. divide the mixture between the paper cups
4. top with assorted fruit in a decorative manner
5. cover with cling wrap and freeze for a couple of hours/until firm
6. carefully peel off paper cases
7. place 2 on a dessert plate arrange some fruit decoratively on the side
8. TIP:-
9. Allow fruit cupsto stand at room temp. for about 5 mins to soften slightly before eating........Mmmmmm.....Mmmmmm.....Mmmmm
