Fruit Cocktail Cake.
Ingredients:
1 no. 2 can fruit cocktail (leave out 3 tbsps. juice)
pour into large bowl.
add 1 beaten egg to cocktail.
sift toghether
1 c sugar
1 c. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. soda
Directions:
1. Add to cocktail and egg mixture and mix well.
2. Add 1 teaspoon vanilla and pour into ungreased pyrex dish.
3. Sprinkle top with brown sugar and chopped nuts.
4. Bake 45 minutes at 325 degrees.
5. Serve hot or cold with whipped cream.
